The questions worth answering

Why is it priced per board instead of per user?
Because a feedback board only works if everyone who cares can vote. The moment each voter costs you money you start rationing access, and the ranking stops reflecting what your customers actually want. Boards are a cost we can predict; voters are not something you should be taxed on.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME at us and set the domain in the portal’s admin settings. Your customers never see our name — there is no watermark on any plan, including the trial.
What happens to my board if I stop paying?
The board stops being served and visitors see a short notice rather than an error. Nothing is deleted while your account exists, and paying again brings it straight back. We will tell you before anything is removed permanently.
What is running underneath?
Fider, which is open source under the AGPL-3.0. We run the published container unmodified — we have not forked it and we do not patch it. That is also your exit route: your data is in a standard Fider instance you could host yourself.
How long does setup take?
A board exists the moment you create it. Fider then emails you an activation link to set your administrator password — until you click it the board is reserved but not yet open, and the dashboard says so rather than pretending it is ready.
